Four possible scenarios of the political future: (a) the technological and economic globalizations are institutionalized; (b) the technical progress conditions the exercise of the Political Power; (c) the economic factors of production will be determinative in the future of Social Politics; (d) the socio-moral and cultural values supplant the political fundamental principles of politics and the Power of the communities imposes itself to the State or moulds it into a new formal structure of Action in Politics.
